We Love Our Animals and What We Do!

Overnight Boarding

To make the stay comfortable for your pet, you may bring the following items:

  • Food/Treats: We will provide your pet with food/treats (Nutro, Royal Canin, Science Diet). However, if your pet is on a special diet or to avoid upset stomachs that can be caused by introducing new food, we encourage owners to bring their pets own food with them.

  • Beds/Blankets: Clean dog beds/blankets are supplied along with food and water dishes in each of our kennels. However, you are welcome to bring your own bed/blanket to help make their stay more comfortable with the smell from “home”. (Paws Motail is not responsible for any lost or damaged belongings).

  • Toys: You are welcome to bring your dog’s favorite toys from home to make their stay more enjoyable.

  • Medications: Any medications, including injections, can be administered during your pet’s stay at no charge.

Requirements

Prior to boarding, proof of current vaccinations must be presented. This is both for your pet’s protection and the protection of other dogs being boarded. We can update the requirements during drop-off for boarding or will accept proof of vaccinations administered by a veterinarian. These records may be faxed to 515-295-2857 or dropped off with pet. These current vaccination requirements include:

  • Distemper/Parvo Combination

  • Rabies

  • Bordatella (Kennel Cough)

  • Flea & Heartworm Prevention
